From 2013 until March 2018, he served as the Advisor to the First Vice President of the European Parliament and the Group Leader of the Socialists & Democrats Parliamentary Group. In this senior role, he had the opportunity to coordinate and play a primary role in numerous political-institutional initiatives, both within European institutions and Italian ones. Between 2015 and 2016, he also held the position of Administrative Manager for the Urban Planning and Territory Department of the Calabria Region. Since May 2018, he has been the Chief of Staff for a Member of the European Parliament who sits on the Economic Committee, contributing to his recent reelection to the European Parliament for the 2019-2024 legislative term.
