Le pr\u00e9sident chinois Xi Jinping<\/strong> est arriv\u00e9 dimanche en France, pour deux jours de visite, les 6 et 7 mai, \u00e0 l’occasion des 60 ans des relations diplomatiques entre la France et la Chine.<\/p>\n\n

En ouverture d’une rencontre trilat\u00e9rale \u00e0 l’Elys\u00e9e avec le pr\u00e9sident fran\u00e7ais Emmanuel Macron<\/strong> et la pr\u00e9sidente de la Commission europ\u00e9enne Ursula von der Leyen<\/strong>, Xi Jinping a plaid\u00e9 pour un renforcement de la \u00ab coordination strat\u00e9gique \u00bb<\/a> de son pays avec l’UE. Il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu’ \u00ab en tant que deux importantes puissances mondiales, la Chine et l’Union europ\u00e9enne doivent demeurer des partenaires, poursuivre le dialogue et la coop\u00e9ration, approfondir la communication strat\u00e9gique, renforcer la confiance mutuelle strat\u00e9gique, consolider leur consensus strat\u00e9gique et proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une coordination strat\u00e9gique. \u00bbEmmanuel Macron a indiqu\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0L’avenir de notre continent d\u00e9pendra tr\u00e8s clairement aussi de notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper de mani\u00e8re \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e les relations avec la Chine\u00a0\u00bb et qu\u2019il faut \u00ab des r\u00e8gles \u00e9quitables pour tous \u00bb dans les \u00e9changes commerciaux entre l\u2019Europe et la Chine.<\/p>\n\n

L’Union europ\u00e9enne \u00ab n’h\u00e9sitera pas \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions fermes \u00bb si n\u00e9cessaire pour \u00ab prot\u00e9ger son \u00e9conomie et sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00bb, a par ailleurs d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sidente de la Commission europ\u00e9enne Ursula von der Leyen \u00e0 l’issue de son entretien avec les pr\u00e9sidents chinois et fran\u00e7ais. Mme von der Leyen a aussi pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que l\u2019Europe ne pouvait pas accepter le commerce d\u00e9loyal caus\u00e9 par l\u2019afflux de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques<\/strong> ou d\u2019acier chinois fabriqu\u00e9s<\/strong> gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des subventions massives. Elle a ajout\u00e9 que \u00ab pour que les \u00e9changes soient \u00e9quitables, il faut aussi que les acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9 des uns et des autres soient r\u00e9ciproques. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n

Emmanuel Macron <\/a> a ajout\u00e9 que la \u00ab\u00a0coordination\u00a0\u00bb avec P\u00e9kin sur les \u00ab\u00a0crises majeures\u00a0\u00bb en Ukraine et au Moyen-Orient \u00e9tait \u00ab\u00a0absolument d\u00e9cisive\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n

Sur la guerre en Ukraine<\/a>, la pr\u00e9sidente de la Commission europ\u00e9enne a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l’Union europ\u00e9enne et la France comptaient sur la Chine pour \u00ab user de toute son influence sur la Russie \u00bb pour faire cesser la guerre en Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n

Ursula von der Leyen et Emmanuel Macron ont \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident chinois \u00e0 faire \u00ab\u00a0plus d’efforts pour limiter la livraison \u00e0 la Russie d’\u00e9quipements duals [pouvant \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 des fins civiles et militaires] qui se retrouvent sur le champ de bataille\u00a0\u00bb en Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n

Demain le pr\u00e9sident chinois se rendra dans les Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es. Il se rendra ensuite en Serbie et en Hongrie.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
