Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a r\u00e9uni chefs d\u2019\u00c9tat et de gouvernement, dirigeants d\u2019organisations internationales, de grandes et petites entreprises, chercheurs, universitaires, organisations non-gouvernementales, artistes et autres membres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile du monde entier. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le 11 f\u00e9vrier, une session pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re au Grand Palais a rassembl\u00e9 les chefs d\u2019Etat et de gouvernement ainsi que des personnalit\u00e9s internationales. Ils ont \u00e9chang\u00e9 sur les grandes actions communes \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre en mati\u00e8re d\u2019IA. En marge du Sommet, Paris a accueilli une centaine d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nements d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019IA. Ces \u00e9v\u00e8nements, pour certains ouverts au grand public, ont permis d\u2019\u00e9changer sur les grandes th\u00e9matiques du Sommet :<strong> IA au service de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat public, avenir du travail, IA de confiance, innovation et culture.<\/strong>   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Sommet pour l\u2019Action sur l\u2019IA visait \u00e0 \u00e9tablir collectivement les fondements scientifiques, les solutions et les standards d\u2019une IA plus durable au service du progr\u00e8s collectif et de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Co-pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par l\u2019Inde<\/strong>, le Sommet s\u2019\u00e9tait fix\u00e9 trois objectifs majeurs:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ouvrir l\u2019acc\u00e8s au plus grand nombre \u00e0 une IA ind\u00e9pendante, s\u00fbre et fiable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u00e9velopper des IA plus frugales et respectueuses de l\u2019environnement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u2019assurer que la gouvernance mondiale de l\u2019IA soit \u00e0 la fois efficace et inclusive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les annonces d&rsquo;investissements pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir se sont multipli\u00e9es, et devraient atteindre 109 milliards d&rsquo;euros en France, selon Emmanuel Macron. <br\/>Les Emirats arabes unis ont sign\u00e9 un accord-cadre avec la France en vertu duquel ils se sont engag\u00e9s \u00e0 investir 50 milliards d&rsquo;euros, via la cr\u00e9ation du \u00ab plus grand campus d&rsquo;intelligence artificielle en Europe \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La France va aussi cr\u00e9er la fondation Current AI, afin de soutenir la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019intelligences artificielles pr\u00e9servant l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. La fondation doit \u0153uvrer pour des IA fiables et ouvertes, en open source, v\u00e9rifiables et consultables par tous. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ursula von der Leyen, la pr\u00e9sidente de la Commission europ\u00e9enne, a annonc\u00e9 que l\u2019UE allait investir 200 milliards d\u2019euros pour le d\u00e9veloppement de gigafactory et de data centers. Cette somme viendra en grande partie du secteur priv\u00e9 : 150 milliards seront financ\u00e9s par l\u2019alliance European AI Champions Initiative, les 50 milliards restants seront vers\u00e9s par l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une soixantaine de pays ont sign\u00e9 une d\u00e9claration pour une IA \u00ab\u00a0ouverte\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0inclusive\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9thique\u00a0\u00bb. Le texte pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement un \u00ab\u00a0dialogue mondial\u00a0\u00bb, une coordination pour la gouvernance de l\u2019IA, et les signataires appellent \u00e0 \u00e9viter une \u00ab\u00a0concentration du march\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb afin de rendre ces outils plus accessibles. Autre axe cit\u00e9 comme une des priorit\u00e9s de cet accord : \u00ab\u00a0rendre l\u2019intelligence artificielle durable pour les populations et la plan\u00e8te\u00a0\u00bb.  <br\/>Signatories include France and India, the two countries organizing the event, China, the European Union and the African Union Commission.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les Etats-Unis et le Royaume-Uni ne figurent pas parmi les 61 premiers pays signataires de la d\u00e9claration pour une intelligence artificielle. Lors de son discours dans le cadre de ce sommet, le vice-pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain, J. D.
