Non c\u2019\u00e8 dubbio che nel passato il motore della integrazione europea \u00e8 stato l\u2019asse franco tedesco, sovente con il contributo importante dell\u2019Italia. Nel pantheon dei costruttori europei troviamo non a caso Kohl e Mitterand, Colombo, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thewatcherpost.eu\/tourism-culture\/how-relevant-that-meeting-with-delors-is-today\/\">Delors<\/a>, Monnet e Spinelli, e nei tempi pi\u00f9 recenti la Merkel, Macron e Draghi.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ma oggi il panorama geopolitico della Unione Europea \u00e8 profondamente mutato. Le leadership di Francia e Germania sono obiettivamente pi\u00f9 deboli anche a causa delle situazioni interne ai rispettivi Paesi. Il Cancelliere Sholz appare politicamente infiacchito dallo scarso gradimento da parte della opinione pubblica rispetto alla coalizione che guida.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E Macron ha da poco dovuto cambiare il primo ministro ed \u00e8 bersagliato dalle insidie della sinistra e della destra <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Marine_Le_Pen\">Lepeniana<\/a>. In Italia \u00e8 difficile immaginare che la Premier Meloni possa assurgere ad un ruolo di avanguardia in sede europea per la storica cultura scettica per usare un eufemismo sia perch\u00e9 la sua idea di Europa \u00e8 al pi\u00f9 una idea intergovernativa, non gi\u00e0 comunitaria.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E poi la Presidente del Consiglio italiana \u00e8 insidiata reiteratamente dall\u2019aperto antieuropeismo di Salvini che lei fronteggia, come \u00e8 avvenuto sul MES, occupando il medesimo spazio, non lasciando al leader leghista il monopolio dell\u2019anti-brussels.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019altra parte in Spagna e Portogallo i due leader socialisti Sanchez e Costa , sia pure in situazioni e per ragioni diverse , sono alle prese con criticit\u00e0 politiche non trascurabili.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E dall\u2019Est europeo arrivano segnali non univoci: la vittoria di Tusk in Polonia segna indubbiamente un punto a favore delle posizioni pro europee, ma il blocco non \u00e8 unito in primis per la presenza invasiva e aggressiva del premier ungherese Orban che ha posto in discussione persino la continuit\u00e0 degli aiuti europei alla Ucraina.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In questo quadro di movimento ha assestato una spinta poderosa la decisione dell\u2019attuale presidente del Consiglio Europeo, Michel, di candidarsi alle prossime elezioni europee, che aprirebbe le porte all\u2019assunzione del suo ruolo da parte dello stesso Orban, sia pure per un periodo transitorio fin\u00ec alle elezione del nuovo Presidente.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pu\u00f2 questa situazione sfilacciata dei leader di Governo portare ad un ulteriore indebolimento della UE dopo le elezioni? Pu\u00f2 essere! Ma la riduzione del peso e del comando intergovernativo pu\u00f2 anche portare ad un rilancio della dimensione federale che significa in sostanza che un Parlamento Europeo popolato da energie autorevoli e determinate, una Commissione Europea che rafforza il suo ruolo di proposta e di ricerca delle intese tra Parlamento e Consiglio, sulla scia della esperienza di Delors e della stessa positiva azione della Von Der Leyen, possono diventare i motori comunitari della integrazione.
