“The Green Deal is still alive”. EU ministers save the game on nature restauration law
The necessary qualified majority to formally adopt the law was found after the turnaround of Austrian minister. Member States are called to restore at least 20% of the EU’s land and sea areas by 2030, and all ecosystems in need of restoration by 2050.
