Cohesion: Rozenbergs (Latvia), “Adding a geopolitical aspect to cohesion”

Janis Rozenberg, President of the Cēsis County Council in Latvia, has suggested adding the current geopolitical issue as a theme for cohesion, since it involves the countries of the Union and influences the course of cohesion.
