BRUXELLES – “The condition of women in Europe is challenging, and unfortunately Italy is not in the best positions. Women struggle. Just consider that in the world of work, only 50% have a profession, despite earning less than men. Work represents the primary concrete form of social emancipation, so it is right that governments commit to women,” said MEP Alessandra Moretti to The Watcher Post, on the sidelines of a conference on gender equality at the European Parliament in Brussels, organized by the Valore D association.
